In the Dental Clinic 1 of the University Hospital Erlangen, the preservation of the patient's own teeth is at the forefront of the treatment spectrum. The Research Laboratory for Dental Biomaterials, as part of Dental Clinic 1, works on scientific research projects and supports dental teaching on current issues. Your tasks:
Know-how:
- Completed studies in engineering, ideally in the fields of materials science, materials engineering, dental technology, or comparable training
- High level of self-motivation with a willingness to learn and acquire new skills
- sound knowledge in the fields of inorganic materials (glass and ceramics) and fracture mechanics
- strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in an international team
- Independent, creative, goal-oriented and solution-oriented working style
- very good written and spoken communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel domestically and abroad is required
