Who we are:

Willkommen in der Psychiatrischen und Psychotherapeutischen Klinik am Universitätsklinikum Erlangen! Unser interdisziplinäres Team forscht u.a. an der Integration von Bewegung, insbesondere Klettern, in die Psychotherapie. Für unser neues Forschungsprojekt zur Evaluation von Boulderpsychotherapie bei Jugendlichen suchen wir motivierte Klettertherapeuten (m/w/d) für den Standort Erlangen.  

Die Aufgaben

  • Durchführung 1 Gruppe Boulderpsychotherapie pro Woche mit Jugendlichen (13 - 18 Jahre) nach einem festen Manual 
  • Arbeit im therapeutischen 2-er Team
  • Therapiezeit: 14.15 Uhr bis 19.00 Uhr an Dienstagen und 14.45 Uhr bis 17.15 Uhr an Mittwochen wöchentlich, immer während der Schulzeit plus Vor- und Nachbereitung
  • Durchführung der Therapie: Boulderhalle "Blockhelden" in Erlangen/Bubenreuth

Das Know-how dafür

  • Qualifikation für pädagogische oder therapeutische Arbeit mit Jugendlichen
  • Erfahrung in irgendeiner Form von professioneller Tätigkeit mit Jugendlichen
  • eigene Boulderfähigkeit (ca. UIAA 7)

Zusätzlich von Vorteil

  • laufende oder abgeschlossene Psychotherapie(-ausbildung) KJP oder PP
  • Trainerschein oder Fortbildung im therapeutischen Klettern
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Gruppen

  • Fortbildung in der Boulderpsychotherapie
  • Ausführliche Einarbeitung und Schulung im Manual und allen notwendigen Dokumentationen im Rahmen des Forschungsprojekts
  • Regelmäßige Supervision - vor Ort und Online
  • Alle Leistungen des öffentlichen Dienstes inkl. Zusatzversorgung der Versorgungsanstalt des Bundes und der Länder (VBL)
